The introduction of outside food or beverages is strictly prohibited..
In the event of adverse weather conditions, a full refund of the reservation amount will be provided.
For cancellations made at least 7 days before the booked date, a cancellation fee equal to 20% of the total reservation amount will apply.
For cancellations made 6 days or less before the booked date, the full reservation amount will be retained.
The reserved beach station is guaranteed until 12:30 PM on the day of the booking.
After this time, in the absence of any communication from the guest, Management reserves the right to reassign the station to other guests, with no obligation to provide a refund.
Failure to arrive (no-show) shall be considered as a waiver of the reservation and will result in the total loss of the amount paid.

In the absence of communication within the above-mentioned timeframe, the reservation will be automatically considered forfeited.
Children aged 5 and older must have their own designated seating. To ensure the tranquility of our guests, children under the age of five are not allowed inside the facility.
Please note that dogs, regardless of their size, are not allowed inside the premises.
